Jampas is a musical project by João Paulo Gomes de Campos - AKA JP, Brazilian 97's music lover boy. Jampas's been writing original tracks since 2013, usually creating Metal music. A couple years ago, he started listening to Pop, Eletronic and Brazilian Funk music, which gave him new perspectives about composing. Now, the young song writter uses his project to create as many musics as he can, travelling between different styles. 
 In 2018, Jampas fell in love with 8-string guitars. Now, all of his compositions wrap his beloved instrument. His first single, "W.O.W.", reveals his passion for metal and eletronic music, both in the same song. 
 Jampas's releases might surprise you while listening to them: a prog-death metal song comes in, and the next one might be a Brazilian pop music, or an eletronic one. You won’t know until you’ve checked’em out. 
 Jampas is also Asfixia’s lead guitarrist, vocalist and composer.
