Kaash is a unique, talented and gifted afrobeats artiste from the southern part of Nigeria who started doing music in 2004. He was born in Port-Harcourt but relocated to warri delta state, his home town due to family issues after losing his dad to the cold hands of death. He went off the scene after his debut album which he released in 2005 due to lack financial support and other challenges. He came back fully into the music scene professionally in 2017 with his first official single titled “Like the way” recorded in Accra and produced in Nigeria with video equally shot in Lagos Nigeria. After the success of like the way, he went on to release “Sanitize Me” with a powerful video shot in accra and directed by Xbills. The song featured Ghanaian pop star queen, petrah and was widely accepted in ghana and Nigeria. He also went on to release other songs like the very inspirational song titled “LIFE” released in 2019, that featured south south rap king Erigga and it was also a success. He continued with “Confirmation Steady” that was also accepted in his home town. He didn’t stop and the breakthrough eventually came internationally with the 2019 single titled “Funmi Kiss” which was a top song in India. Video for Funmi Kiss was released later in 2020 and he followed with another single titled “PRAYER” this time featured Ghanaian super star Medikal and producer Timmy. The journeys till continues for the talented young man.
