Singer-songwriter Zeno Mendez attends one of the best 100 universities in the world, and, along with his academic and musical pursuits, pursues his main goal of becoming a world-renowned singer. Despite many obstacles, the 21-year-old boy passed the scholarship examination and entered Dharmasoka College, a well-known school in Sri Lanka, where he passed the Ordinary Level and studied the bio stream for the Advanced Level. 
 From a young age of four or five, he enjoyed listening to music such as ABBA,Boney M.,Michael Jackson,Shayne Ward etc, at a time when there were fewer listeners in English and other languages in Sri Lanka. Growing up with age, he was able to sing songs of nearly 15 languages.  His Stage name is Zeno Mendez . He had done a few covers before, but with the song "Once Again" with Sachila Chathnuka, the name ” Zeno Mendez “ began to spread among the people.
