Pascal van den Bos (formerly known as "PotatoBoss") is a Video Game Music composer/arranger and a bassist from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He founded the music label "The Paradox Music Team" at the end of 2017. This was initially for producing Homestuck fan albums, but later shifted to providing soundtracks for video games. In 2020, Pascal joined Skeli Games and, drawing inspiration from Go Ichinose, assumed the role of Sound Director for the wildly popular romhack: Pokemon Unbound. They later released the soundtrack on the team's Bandcamp page. As a solo artist, he prefers to produce within the electronic "Jungle" genre with a strong funk influence. He draws inspiration from individuals such as Kohta Takahashi, Hideki Naganuma, 2mello, and RIP SLYME. With his busy breakbeats, fat basslines, and intense guitar and synth parts, he creates the ultimate adrenaline rush in music form, which is evident in the album "Midnight Jungle - 『 真 夜 中 の ジ ャ ン グ ル 』," released in collaboration with members from his label around mid-2022. In 2023 he started working together with GITGOT as a producer for some of her tracks, as well as a bassist in her band. He also provided the drum part and parts of the production for GITGOT's single "KAFKA ON THE SHORE." Currently he is working as a composer for several Game projects and also as a producer on his solo project, which will be a continuation of the “Midnight Jungle” series.
