SwayWarm, born on September 2, 2008, in Waynesboro, Northern Virginia, began his musical journey in Richmond Hill, Georgia, in April 2022. Initially making music casually with friends, his melodic raps and hard trap beats soon gained attention. Sway's evolution was evident in projects like "Tales of a Loner," "Summer Vibes," and "MONOTONE," which explored his struggles with depression and anxiety. In April 2023, he released an Indie Rock/Pop EP called "Flowers," featuring the standout track "Runaway" by EXINAIN. Just a week later, he followed up with his junior album, "Flowers, Love, Drugs," a 14-track rap and bedroom indie rock project that included features from NathanXO, Sunnyboy Avid, and, in the Deluxe version, trippsy. The album delved into themes of emotional trauma, depression, anxiety, unrequited love, and drug abuse, with uplifting tracks like "Forever." On August 2nd, Sway released the Digital Deluxe version of "Flowers, Love, Drugs," which added six additional songs. The Digital Deluxe introduced the 20th track, "H3AV3N S3NT," which served as a finale to the album. This album serves as one of SwayWarm's most complete and thought through projects to date. Looking ahead, Sway will drop a new 5-song EP titled "Sunset Boulevard" on October 5th, continuing his exploration of emotional and musical depth. Following the release of, "Sunset Boulevard" SwayWarm plans to drop his album, "OUTSIDERS" which will mark his first label drop.
