HELH is a Gothenburg based artist and producer of diary-like electronic pop. Their first single Body, released in 2016 and produced by their long-time collaborative partner Dreemy, introduced HELH to the Swedish audiences and paved the way to stages in some of Stockholm and Gothenburg's most popular clubs. In the dynamics between the examining lyrics and the wide sonic inspiration, HELH's songs balance between the serious and the playful. November 2022 marked the release of debut album Really Young Adult, which received praise by Swedish media and got a 5/6 by Gaffa Sweden. The album covers the years as a 20-something by delving into the search for identity, community, freedom, love, work, stability and dreams for the future. Between falling in love and looking for work, HELH has tried to capture the questions of emerging adults of today.
