Trinidadian born producer & songwriter Tano rose to acclaim after working closely with fellow Trinidadian singer Kalpee on the 2016 song “ No One”, which landed a global distribution deal with Sony Music. In 2017 Tano began working with Soca superstar Kes, co-producing & co-writing their hit song “Close to Me” ft. dancehall superstar Shenseea. In 2018 Tano would go on to co-produce Jimmy October's second single “ Remember the Days”. The song gained the attention of grammy nominated reggae star Protoje and was released through his label Indiggnation. In 2020 Tano collaborated with Jamaican super producer Rvssian and Trinidadian born producer M.R.I co producing Nigerian singer Remas’ Hit single “Beamer”. The song gained instant popularity landing at number one on Apple Music Nigeria within days of its release & receiving praise from Nigerian superstar Davido. With the song surpassing 30M combined streams and heavy radio rotation it was chosen to be featured on the official soundtrack for EA sports Fifa 2021 along with other acts like Dua Lipa, Calvin Harris, Koffee, Burna Boy, Diplo and Buju Banton. In 2021 Tano produced the single “Gud Gud “ featuring Trinidad's rising star Hey Choppi & Soca legend Machel Montano. Later that year Tano went on to produce Shenseea's “Be Good”. In 2022 Tano produced a song on Columbian superstar Blessd's album, which debuted at 8 on Spotify's top global albums chart. Tano's latest 'High Street Riddim' features Kes, Patrice Roberts, and more.
