After two successful collabs with Austrian producer Kaleeh (released by Before Eight Records), Laura Brook is taking her music into a new direction. While still writing strong melodies and following a pop song structure, the raw, alternative production throws you off your feet. Industrial drums, snarling synth basses and radiant vocals stacked to the ceiling forming a wall of sound. Taking inspiration from female artists who made their mark on the alternative pop scene (Tori Amos, Hanna Reid) and her love for certain electronic music genres such as garage and industrial, she's created her own unique style, working together with Paul Maaswinkel (Lake Woozoo) who translated her vision into sound. Laura has started working on a solo live show to bring her tracks to the live audience. Her new tracks are expected to be released in the coming two years.
