MTG is a Brussels based artist from Rwanda . Youngest son in a family of five his love for music grew from watching his older siblings sing and dance in their living room. His artistry is shaped by emotions displayed by those he admire the most and his influences variety goes from Bob Marley to Tupac, to Jacques Brel and Aaliyah. Initially he dreamed of becoming a basketball player however due to life situations he was unable to continue that route. Frustrated and in need of expressing himself writing suddenly became a daily escape. He started recording encouraged by one of his friends who discovered his book of rhymes. Once the basics learned and equipped with ambition he decided to pursue his passion regardless of the challenges ahead of him. Since 2018 MTG released 3 videos and 4 digital singles and completed 12 performances (live shows/concerts/openings/showcases) throughout the capital of Europe up the North of France.
