Lilly Powers has been faithfully leading people in worship at Church on Fire since 2015. After serving on staff at the church in various capacities, in June of 2021 she was made the Worship Pastor. Lilly's leadership is defined by her ability to empower the people on her teams to use their God-given gifts and to usher in the presence of Jesus in worship. Her greatest desire in life is for people's lives to be eternally impacted through worship because of an undeniable encounter with the Holy Spirit.
