Biography

Guitarist, composer and musical arranger with extensive experience in Argentinian music and a vast career which has enabled him to perform with other great musicians at national and international stage-shows. He has been a member of several folk music bands under the direction of prestigious musicians such as Oscar López Ruiz, Atilio Stampone, Oscar Cardozo Ocampo, Walter Ríos, José Colángelo, Leopoldo Federico and Antonio Agri. In his tango career, he has performed and accompanied the following outstanding artists: Julia Zenko, Guillermo Fernández, José Angel Trelles, maestro Horacio Ferrer, Rubén Juárez, Susana Rinaldi and Raúl Lavié. He has also been, throughout a long period, the music director of Cecilia Rosetto and María Graña. Due to his wide knowledge of Argentinian musical tradition, he has worked with distinguished musicians such as Ariel Ramírez, Eduardo Lagos, Jaime Torres and Eduardo Falú. Together with the last two artists and La Camerata Bariloche, he has performed at the Colón Theatre in the city of Buenos Aires. Being arranger and director of singer María Graña, his music productions have been awarded with a Premio Gardel in 2005 and received a Grammy Award nomination in 2010.
