Jesse Rennix is a producer, singer and songwriter based in LA/Ojai, California. Jesse got her start in San Francisco, toplining on dance tracks in 2014. With releases on Om Records, Wolf + Lamb, and Legwork to name a few. She has appeared on records with Greg Wilson, The Revenge, the late great Navid Izadi and many more. What happens when the world goes into lockdown? Artists are forced to sit still and confront themselves. Jesse used the quarantine time of 2020 to hone her production skills and her sound. Her Pressure EP pulls from her dance music roots while mixing raw song-writing with synth-pop. Starting the recording process in Los Angeles and completing the project in rural Ojai surrounded by mountains and fruit trees, you hear a yearning for a balance of powers, an inner plea, and one to the world at large.
