A key figure behind the emergence of Pondicherry as a destination for electronic music, Small Town Guy is no stranger to the club circuit in India. With a debut release on the seminal Berlin-based "Get Physical Music", he has been at the forefront of an expeditiously evolving House & Techno scene. Influenced by Laurent Garnier, Extrawelt, Sven Vath, Minilogue in the early 2000's, he started throwing parties in his hometown & its suburbs. Exploring a broad repertoire over the years, from Downtempo to Acid House, from Minimal to Electroclash, his versatility has seen him adapt through festivals as diverse as Chateau Perche in France, India's own Eden, Future Theory, Go:madras & Sunburn. Over the last 15 years, he has performed across Europe, Australia & South Asia, with noteworthy gigs alongside Dusty Kid, Nathan Fake, M.A.N.D.Y, Petar Dundov, Quenum & Alexander Robotnick to name just a few. In 2016, he founded B-side, organising showcases around the sub-continent and managing some of india’s top talents.
