Hailing from the deserts of Phoenix, Arizona, District 13 has had one motive as he continues to produce his music; to create a cerebral experience for listeners to escape their own realities. District 13 found his calling when he first saw RL Grime and Odesza back in 2016, listening to the thick sub-bass and beautiful melodies. He wanted to blend those components and add his own heavier flair to make the signature District 13 sound. The District 13 project was brought to life in 2018, this self-taught artist has gone on to play at festivals such as Gold Rush Music Festival 2021, Decadence Arizona 2021, Phoenix Lights 2022, Full Moon Festival, and Disciple: a POD Concert Experience. District 13 has gained traction from his recent releases including “EYES”, “Devil”, and “SPARTA.” “SPARTA” is regarded as District 13’s number one release to date with support from major influencers and over 70k reels on Instagram. Beyond his releases, District 13 has had the opportunity to enhance his resume playing support for artists such as ATLiens, Funtcase, Marauda, Virtual Riot, HE$H, Riot Ten, and PhaseOne.
