Nigerian-Dutch artist ITUA started out as a live drummer for different indie-pop artist such as Thomas Azier, Klyne and BEA1991. From the age of twenty ITUA started to experiment with vocals, and synths to create his own sound. The meaning of happiness, self-deception, our roots and the importance of self-realization are big themes in his music. He hits you with simple but thoughtfully crafted lyrics while channeling through different internal characters. This year ITUA will continue to share his story as he aims to create balance between two discrepant worlds.
