Martina Majerle, a talented Croatian singer with Slovenian roots, gained international recognition when she represented Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia, performing alongside Quartissimo with their captivating song "Love Symphony". Martina's journey in music began as the lead vocalist for the Rijeka band Putokazi, and she later pursued a solo career as part of the ambient-electro-pop band Atmospheric. Throughout her career, Martina has lent her captivating vocals as a backing vocalist for numerous renowned musicians from the former Yugoslav region. She has shared the stage with artists such as Oliver Dragojević, Tereza Kesovija, Zdravko Čolić, Novi Fosili, Severina, Massimo Savić, Nina Badrić, Vanna, Toni Cetinski, Vesna Pisarović, Radojka Šverko, and Maja Blagdan, among others. Martina's remarkable talent has also led her to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest on seven occasions. She provided her backing vocals for Croatian representative Claudia Beni in 2003, Alenka Gotar in 2007, Stefan Filipović in 2008, Maja Keuc in 2011, Eva Boto in 2012, Sergej Ćetković in 2014, and Nina Kraljić in 2016. In 2022, Martina showcased her versatility and talent as a participant in the Slovenian edition of "Your Face Sounds Familiar" (Znan obraz ima svoj glas), which aired on POP TV. Currently, Martina Majerle is dedicated to her solo music career, where she continues to captivate audiences, home and abroad.
