Carlitos - Bio Carlitos AKA Carlos Badosa is a DJ and music producer from Barcelona, where he started his DJ journey, playing House, Techno, and Electro. He moved to London in 2005 and started producing music and playing in music bands, such as Takilo. He has been living in Taiwan, producing House, Deep House, Downtempo,, as well as DJing at festivals (Eden Hill, Aurora, EarthFest Revolutions), and clubs in Taipei (VU Bar for Nakadia Asia Tour, Punish by Bubblejam, Revolver for TaipeiMix) and Taichung (18TC Club, Ling Ling’s Bar, House 27 Cafe, Dune, Showhouse). His influences are eclectic, ranging from Soul, Blues, Funk, and Jazz, to 90’s House music, with solid beats and groovy basslines. His music has an organic feel, with ubiquitous acoustic elements, vocals, atmospheric textures and delays, and pulsating bass lines that give an amazing depth and colour to his compositions. His debut EP, ‘We Are the Sunshine’, was released on February 2024 by DeepSessions Digital; following the release of the EP ‘Love Is Blind’ (Monday Mood Music) on May 24th, his next track is coming up soon with the single ‘Back to the Old School’ (G Mafia Records) to be released on May 29th.
