Biography

Hip-Hop / EDM Producer, Yung Wunda is a member of the Bear Clan of the Cayuga nation from Six Nations of the Grand River, Ontario, Canada. Inspired by Ton!c's (better known as Deorro) single "Big Fat," he began producing electronic dance music (EDM) in 2013. Under various aliases, Yung Wunda explored different musical styles until he co-founded Neon Nativez with fellow EDM artist KOKOPELI. Their remix of Halluci Nation's "Burn Your Village to the Ground" garnered millions of views on YouTube. Transitioning to his solo career, Yung Wunda drew inspiration from 2oolman of Halluci Nation, WondaGurl, J Dilla, 6ix and plenty more. His beats encompass hard-hitting trap bangers and knocking boom bap styles. Additionally, he's a proficient recording, mixing, and mastering engineer. Yung Wunda's breakthrough came with the collaboration with Cree artist BIGG B on "Terrorists”. Subsequent singles and EPs further solidified his position, collectively reaching millions more listeners worldwide. As an independent indigenous music producer, Yung Wunda's goal is to inspire and rejuvenate the essence of music, resonating with authenticity and passion in every track.
