WHATSTHIS? is the joint project of Toronto artists JASA and VAUN. Inspired by eclectic artists who push the boundaries of their sound, the duo chooses to not be confined to a singular idea or expectation, and work to create a musical identity of their own. WHATSTHIS? released their first track CLARITY last year. A blend of alt-rnb and hip-hop, the track was placed on Spotify's Mood Ring playlist alongside tracks from Daniel Caesar, Sylo, and Dylan Sinclair.
