Miss Vicky started her musical quest in 2018. While successfully creating her first a demo EP, Miss Vicky found her sound, and was performing around San Francisco. The underground success of the records "Garden of My Soul" & "With Me" led her to sign with the now defunct independent Label TTGE. Vicky's Single "Play Too Much" followed by the remixes made by Chey De Los & Klubjumpers led Miss Vicky on a journey to the Billboard Charts. "Play Too Much" peaked at #36 on the Billboard Top 40 Indicator chart on August 22nd, 2021. While this should’ve been an exciting time for Miss Vicky, the record company used the success to leverage the business into a different lane. As the deal with TTGE decayed her album “A Little Love Story” was rushed out with little to no promotion and conflicting with her current single on the Billboard charts. The album excluded the hit single "Play Too Much" leaving fans confused and sparking rumors of conspiracy. After a brief legal battle, the dissolution was settled outside of court. Vicky was left as a free agent with the time to revamp, rebrand, and revitalize her career. She relocated to Bellevue, Washington and set up a home studio. Before the news broke publicly, Daimen Carter , VP of MidtownRadio.com (ironically the company that promoted Play Too Much) reached out to Vicky. Her professionalism and vision led to Midtown offering Miss Vicky a joint venture deal, which allows Miss Vicky’s music to be distributed through Sony/Orchard.
