Born and raised in Pretoria Soshanguve. Mehlo's music journey started at an early age, when he was listening to different genres of music played by his 2 big brothers. Mehlo is mostly known for producing, arranging, directing and sessioning as a keyboard player in the gospel music industry. Mehlo started his journey as a solo artist in 2021. Since then he has released his debut single titled iLife iMnandi on the 30th of June 2021 followed by Buya on the 11th of October 2021. Mehlo is released an E.P titled Prayer the end of the year 2022. In 2023 Mehlo released 2 singles titled Zama Zama and Ubomi.
