Aggressive is a thrash metal band from Pereira (Risaralda - Colombia) formed in 2006 by composer and guitarist Luis Calderón. Throughout its musical career, Aggressive has been reaping many successes as well as a strong experience on stage and a great connection with its followers. Aggressive is today one of the main exponents of the genre in Colombia and a reference of the South American thrash in the whole world, due to this, they have had the opportunity to open the concerts for bands of the caliber of Exodus, Anthrax, Annihilator, Obituary, Massacre, among others. Likewise, Aggressive has exalted metal with musical and audiovisual productions of high impact in national and international metal. The debut album "Predators' Arrival", produced under the Brutalized Records label, was rated as one of the best thrash albums of 2011 and the video of the song "White Empire's Greed" has already exceeded 90,000 views on Youtube, being this a resounding success for the band. In 2014, Aggressive embarks on what would be their first tour in South America: The "Devouring South America tour", which took them for a totally successful 3 month metal adventure in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. In the same year, Luis Calderon joined the band and Aggressive produced the Demo "Introduction to Dystopia" as an ode to dystopian literature, especially the works of G. Orwell and R. Bradbury.
