Julio Ade, to be referred to as ‘Julio,' is a thriving Nigerian youngster from South East London who is leading his generation in the Afrobeats global music space. He is distinguished by the set of skills he acquired as a teenager to singlehandedly create music from scratch to finish and make a living off it. Julio is also set apart by his adaptive style, matchless delivery, and energy. Julio Adewusi Okpe, who was born on July 1st, 2003, in Madrid, Spain, is originally from Benin City, in Southern Nigeria. However, for his early education, he moved back and forth between Lagos State and London, and then he attended Birmingham City University to study popular music. Julio's perseverance has allowed him to succeed in his education, artistic, and production abilities, which have turned into a source of revenue. Despite his dedication to his musical career, he has made great strides in the engineering field by mixing and recording songs for other musicians. He has used a variety of musical genres to express himself, including reggae, hip hop and soul as well as Afrobeats/Pop and Fusion. He also adds a touch of native Nigerian flavour to his collection of cover songs posted on his social media profiles. Additionally, in 2023, he opened the stage for Zinoleesky's Birmingham stop on his UK tour and OdumoduBlvck's UK tour later along the year. In 2024, he opened up for Shallipopi in London.
