Combining classic elements of hip-hop, soul, funk, and jazz, singer-songwriter Suave is in a genre of his own innovation. His soulful original lyrics laid smoothly over hard-hitting, yet melodious beats and live instrumentation give Suave’s musical productions the genuine character and artisanal flavor often lacking in mainstream music. 
In 2010, Suave joined forces with a talented group of like-minded, independent artists from his hometown of New Orleans to form the Liberated Soul Collective. After coming together for regular jam sessions at BlackStar Books & Caffe’s Liberation Lounge event, Suave, Elliot Luv , Tarriona 'Tank' Ball , Sybil Shanell, and the BlackStar Bangas (now known as Tank and The Bangas ), decided to take their funky blend of soul music on the road. 
Suave is still currently a part of the 2020 Grammy-Nominated (Best New Artist) band and collective Tank and The Bangas’ management & production team and has written, arranged, and produced multiple songs with the band as well. 
 He is the co-founder along with recording artist/producer Pell, of the New Orleans based hip hop and music business collective glbl wrmng. The Founder of Liberated Soul Records, The Oakland Second Line Project, and co-Founder of the cultural curation team, Them People Productions and New Orleans youth music business mentorship program, Hitts After Hitts Enterprises.
