CarbonBloc is the stage name and “Love Child” of Singer/Songwriter Chrishauna DiShel (simply just called “Chrishauna”). She began making music in 2010 under the name “Army of Mice” and released her first EP “Black Sea.” After the release of this EP she started working on a new project that later became “CarbonBloc” in collaboration with her longtime friend and producer Art “ZAPTRA” Paz. CarbonBloc is heavily influenced by 90’s Trip Hop, Spoken word, Industrial, Experimental, and EuroPop. Chrishauna is originally from Los Angeles by way of Las Vegas but resides/based in Paris, France. She spends most of her days writing or making art. Outside of Music she known as is a Multi-Talent, Multimedia Visual Artist. Spanning from working a decade as a professional award-winning makeup artist in Los Angeles, to being a award-winning fashion film maker, to Photography.
