Yellow manic pixie dream girl you've been looking for <3 Lina Cooper is an award winning, LA-based artist, songwriter, and producer/multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles, CA, a recent graduate of Berklee college of music and a self-proclaimed "yellow manic pixie dream girl". Lina combines the hopeless romanticism, descriptive lyricism, catchy hooks and the raspy alto vocals and edginess all in one. She was born in a small industrial town in the Eastern part of Ukraine called Donetsk, and she has fallen in love with music ever since she was a kid, and according to her, "she always knew it was meant to be music". Lina moved to Boston at the age of 17, and while she was getting her degree at Berklee (two majors and two minors), she also worked 2 jobs and performed all over New England. Her biggest inspirations have always been pop artists, producers and songwriters, such as Taylor Swift, Halsey, Lorde, Jack Antonoff, Billie Eilish and FINNEAS, Ed Sheeran, Julia Michaels, JP Saxe, Marina, Olivia O'Brien, John Mayer, Olivia Rodrigo, Louis Bell and many more. She says: "There is nothing better than a pop song you can relate to. When you hear a lyric that strucks you to the core, makes you feel something and you can sing along to it...
