The Book Of House, Vol. 1

Biography

Greenwich, South London born and raised to music loving Jamaican born mother and a bass playing Guyanese father, it would come as no surprise that Alp4waves would develop a passion for both listeneing and creating his own music. With a household filled with the sounds of reggae/dub, soul and early hip hop, as well as jazz, fusion, dance and house, this all contributed to the eceltic vibes that influence his productions. After years of perfecting his craft as a producer and writer behind the scenes, Alph4waves is now stepping to the forefront with the release of his debut EP The Book Of House, Vol 1 which is inspired by his love of different types of house. The 4 track Ep opens on a high with a deep house inspired, head bopper “Got Me Thinking”, before moving on to the funky, saxophone led “Summer Days”. This is followed by the soulful “The Rhythm Of My Life” feat the vocals of James Tashario, which has a catchy summer anthem vibe which will have you singing along after a single listen. The EP closes out with another catchy, “UK garage” inspired banger “Fire Fire Fire” featuring the amazing Ruby Rouxxx guaranteed to have dancing along whether our at home doing chores, on the dancefloor or while you drive.....please drive safely.
