Born in Chicago, raised in Boriken (Puerto Rico) and Quisqueya (Dominican Republic), Vier Etno provides a wide spectrum of music production. Vier Etno, born xaVIER plaza almONTE, coincidentally returned to Chicago during his early teen years, as if Chi-town lured him back. This culturally-varied upbringing is the root of his eclectic sound. V.E. draws his influences from hip hop, reggae (i.e. roots/dub/dancehall), afrobeat, house, jazz, rock, punk, latin, and soul....among others.
