Canadian west-coaster, and Future Bass aficionado, Shylow, aka Mitch Mckinnon, has been carving his name into the west coast festival circuit over the last six years after being discovered by one half of The Funk Hunters and Westwood Recordings founder Nick Middleton. Since the inception of his career over 12 years ago, Mitch quickly started creating a sound unique to himself, with effervescent composition, zingy synths, and contrasting low-end. The last several years saw the Revelstoke born producer play some of the biggest events in the west coast festival scene such as; Shambhala, Center Of Gravity, Motion Notion, and Fozzyfest. Following the success of his debut release titled: "Help Me," Mitch went on to release a plethora of official remixes for The Funk Hunters, Small Town DJ's, Chali 2na, and Moontricks. Early 2019 saw the release of his debut EP "Magic," followed by a series of remixes and singles into 2020. Shylow is gearing up for a big reemergence into the scene with new original music and collaborations slated for release in 2023.
