Biography

Motor'Rolla is a Ukrainian rock band from Khmelnytskyi, formed in 1994. The name of the team came from the contraction of two words - "motorcycles" and "rock'n'roll". The first period of the group's creativity falls on the end of the second millennium. At that time, the vocalist of the group was Oleksandr Budnetskyi, who together with guitarists Igor Lysy and Serhii Prysiazhny founded the band. Together they recorded and released the first two albums Zabavy Patriotiv and Tysk. Then the style and sound of the group gravitated more towards alternative hard core. In 2000, Budnetsky left the group and Serhiy "Senya" Prysiazhnyi took the microphone. The group's style remained alternative, but already gravitated towards guitar pop rock. In 2005, the album …Sho, Komu Ne Yasno? was released, which included the super hits Ne Dzvonyla, Ne Zahodyla and 8 Kolir. The next successful singles До тебе, мила and Моя вода appeared together with video clips in 2006. Instead, the album Кольорові сни was released in 2008. And it has already cemented band in the ranks of Ukrainian pop rock from the alternative. For the next seven years, MR released singles wich were included in the 2015 album Два кроки до весни in pure performance by Motor'Rolla. This is quite an energetic rock album. In the following years, the group recorded one single a year, mostly of a ballad nature. The group planned to release an album in 2022. But the hot phase of the war began.
