Zimbabwean-raised and currently based in Calgary, KTheChosen is your Friendly Neighbourhood Rapper and creates music that is both entertaining and enlightening. K (as he is affectionately known) believes in the power of storytelling and uses his voice to share the experiences of those around him. After releasing the collaborative single "Orchard" with Nate Lesco and its accompanying music video, K is ready to explore a new persona named Heartbreak K through his EP, "IRL". This new release explores K's experience balancing romantic and industry relationships following the success of his last project, "+Vice" which was nominated for Rap Recording of the year at the 2022 YYC Music Award and led to him being included in The Calgary Herald's list of Top 20 Compelling Calgarians for that year.
