318 Collective Music’s most recent release is a live EP titled The Control Room Sessions, which showcases 3 original songs recorded at Welcome to 1979’s control room, tracked single-take, family-room style. In 2023, 318 released 3 singles in 3 months. ‘Home’ dropped in August, a contemplative R&B memoir about being protected, connected, and known. ‘Nomad’, which followed in October, lives in the intersection between life’s unknowns and the open mind. ‘Meet Me in the Middle’ came last in November, a powerful spoken word arrangement. 318’s 2022 songwriting intensive gathered artists to write and record these songs in 3 days at Nashville’s Welcome to 1979 studio, and all 6 will be included on the forthcoming Home EP, set to release in 2024. In 2021, 318 recorded a live debut collection of singles, as part of its first songwriting intensive-- ‘Let Love Lead’, ‘While I’m Here’, ‘My Delight’, ‘Eyes on You’ and ‘Rivers in the Desert.’ 318 Collective began in Shreveport, Louisiana before planting roots in Nashville. Hosting concerts, showcases, writers’ rounds, dinners and group discussions– 318 holds a passion for connecting and helping others.
