Biography

Violette Wautier is a Thai-Belgian alternative Pop musician, songwriter, and actress based in Thailand. She can speak French, English, and Thai. Violette Wautier has been a rising star in the entertainment world, garnering critical acclaim and awards for both her music and acting. Her second Single "Smoke", went on to break the record for most streams for an English song performed by a Thai artist on YouTube with over 90 million streams.​ In 2020, Violette released her first English-language album, "Glitter and Smoke". A year later, she made Thais proud by featuring on a billboard in the middle of New York's Times Square with #SpotifyEqual, a campaign celebrating female artists from various countries around the world. Violette Wautier continued to shake up the music industry once more with an all-Thai album "Your Girl" that was released in 2022. "Your Girl" is about Violette being completely vulnerable and telling her life stories, ultimately the album is about self-love and knowing your worth. Violette has written or co-written all her songs and finds inspiration from her life and true stories around her. ​ Violette had her first solo concert on the 24th June 2023 which was sold out within 2 hrs. In addition, Violette has featured on Zack Tabudlo's, Philippines' no. 1 Artist, called "Turn Back Time." In 2024, Violette Wautier is focusing on her all-English EP. Her latest single, DANCING ON A GRAVEYARD shouts a new edgy aesthetic on her look and her musical identity.
