ET Reed is an independent hip-hop music artist who is on the rise. They grew up in CT, USA and started doing music professionally in 2020 and only a year later released What a WRLD, which accumulated 100k streams on Spotify. Their superlative passion for music shines through every song along with the important messages and experiences embedded in their lyrics. With hip-hop/pop being a major adoration for ET, their creativity has no boundaries. ET Reed is known for their signature expressive, lament melodies but also explores rap in some of their songs. An array of powerful artists who heavily influenced their childhood include: Sean Kingston, Rae Sremmurd, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Eric Bellinger, The Weeknd, and Juice WRLD. Having these influences has led to ET having a versatile style of music, which has allowed them to create their own signature melodic rap sound. Starting off 2023, ET dropped Ridiculous which hit 1,000 streams on Spotify within it's first week of release. They were featured in numerous articles and magazines including HONK, Plastic, Illustrate magazine and Popfad, 24K Hip-Hop, & Uk Hip-Hop. ET is gaining momentum and continues to remain a musician to watch. in 2024, ET Reed opened for Capella Grey in Providence, RI in February and has been on an amazing roll performing in CT, MA, RI, GA, etc while still dropping and teasing more music.
