Jerrell Virgil is an I.E. native and LA innovator, he was born in Long Beach, California but grew up in the city of Chino, CA. J RieLa would describe himself as an innovative artist, incorporating R&B and Jazz instrumentation and vocals in his music. He plays with a live band named “T.O.N.I. which stands for tonight.our.name.is consisting of great musicians and singers. He also joined a music collective called “Their P.o.e.t.s.” which stands for their purpose.overcame.every.torn.story and makes up six artist in total of great creatives . What sets him apart from most is his different beat selection and voice tones he uses while creating not to mention his love for words, poetically first and metaphorically after.
