Owen is a British country singer-songwriter with an ambition to bring the UK country scene to Nashville, exploring real-life themes with his heartfelt lyrics, electrifying vocals, and burning passion. He was born 17th August 2001 (22 years old) in Liverpool, England - where he still currently lives. From an early age, Owen formed various musical obsessions from dressing as Elvis Presley, to Michael Jackson, before finally beginning his musical journey with cello lessons when he was at primary school. In July 2017, Owen picked up an acoustic guitar for the first time, and began strumming away mindlessly and singing along (off-key) to GuitarTabs.com. Since then, Owen's love for creating and performing acoustic country music has not faded. He has undertook extensive vocal training under a reputable coach based in Manchester, and in June 2020 began earning money as a freelance singer on Fiverr. To this day, he works with other artists internationally and is often found performing at various open mic venues around Liverpool. In October 2023, Owen was approached by popular rap artist Swilson, and commissioned to feature in his 2024 new country/folk album 'Backroads & Bonfires' - which inspired him to kick-start his own musical career on Spotify. In December 2023, Owen's debut single 'Same Page' was released.
