Mpumelelo Sbonelo Gumede also known as his stage name “Fabee” is a recording artist, disc jockey and producing talent based in Phoenix, KwaZulu Natal. Gumede was nicknamed Mfabe by a friend; Sphephelo (Ace). Along the line Phumlani (Sva) added a little spice to the name by calling him “Fabulous.” That’s how the stage name was inherited. Unfortunately the name has already been taken by American Rapper, “Fabolous.” He decided to shorten it to “Fabee.” Gumede also sang solo pieces at his Church and has a voice that is admired by many.
