Born in the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas, Nv. Tarr's influences range from the smooth sounds of R&B to the Whimsical Sounds of Classical music. Tarr brings a refreshing twist to music creation with an authentic & unique approach, mellow production style, and her melodic points of view. Tarr aspires to create for other artists and continues to pursue her goal of producing her own sound.
