KGAOGELO MPHELA MOLAPO BIO KGAOGELO MPHELA MOLAPO also known as DOWPE is a 25 years old music artist born and raised in Limpopo, Tzaneen. He has been involved in music for about 10 years now and during that time he has been improving his production skills. He has recently released his first solo EP titled “PLEASURES AND HEARTBREAKS” where he lets people into his personal life in a few songs. In 2016 KGAOGELO to move to the Gauteng province in Johannesburg to pursue music and also to complete his studies. During that time he was able to land an opportunity to produce “Gwan” for Maraza under his brand YomaikaBeats. The song went ahead and became one of the biggest hit singles in 2016 now at 753k views on Youtube. He is currently promoting his EP “PLEASURES AND HEARTBREAKS” which is available on all streaming platforms, namely Tidal, youtube, spotify and itunes to name the least. The multi-talented artist has also been working on features from house DJ’s on songs that sound rather different from his original sound. It is safe to assume that we should be expecting more pleasurable and heartbreaking songs from him.
