Hailing from Nassau, Bahamas, Chase Fernander has been passionately pursuing music for nearly two decades. Raised in Grand Bahama, she developed her musical talents from her father, a member of a local rock band, who instilled in her a love for music from a young age. Chase explored various instruments like keyboard, bass, and drums in her early years, but it was performing and writing her own compositions that truly ignited her passion. Influenced by iconic artists such as Missy Elliot, Busta Rhymes, Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Eminem, among others, she crafted a unique blend of Hip-Hop and R&B that defines her style. While hip-hop and R&B are her primary genres, Chase's favorite genre to listen to and perform is Rock. The diversity in her musical taste has helped shape her one-of-a-kind sound, which she has cultivated with her producer, Padrino, over a remarkable 15-year collaboration. In 2016, Chase released her EP "Necessary," featuring hit records like "Dear John," "Pussi," "One Shot," and "Repeat," which showcased her versatility and artistic growth, garnering her recognition and a growing fanbase. Throughout her career, Chase has had the opportunity to perform alongside and open for numerous international artists, further cementing her position as a dynamic artist and performer.
