Contemporary R&B singer, Sophia Diane (born June 6th, 1998), is an artist hailing from Los Angeles. She was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont where her verging career began. Influenced by artists such as Jhene Aiko, Kehlani, Rhianna, and SZA, Diane started singing at a very young age and writing around 7 years old. She began to seriously chase her lifelong dream in 2011 after recording one of her songs for the first time in a professional studio. She released a handful of songs on SoundCloud and throughout high school, released a few music videos. She performed around Vermont in small venues and at malls which brought in some local support. After years of small-town aspirations, she turned her sights to conquer Los Angeles. In June of 2019, Diane released her first official single Better Place. She continued on to release a few others during the remainder of that year. In March of 2020, Diane released her Debut EP Bear With Me which provided a well-rounded view of where this young artist is headed. She has continued to release new music and features since her EP, including a new song which is set to hit the stores July 10th titled Pressure. The sky is the limit for this independent artist as we are yet to see the full breadth of what she can do.
