The Swedish-based duo Us and Them harbours a penchant for vocal harmonies and strong melodies in combination with
 elements of folk, psychedelia and baroque pop which emerges into a sound that move the listener to new places, away from the everyday life. The songs could be introspective and based on personal experience, but also expressing timeless and universal stories.
 The first time Us and Them attracted some kind of attention were with their “Summerisle” EP with four interpretations of songs from the 1973 horror movie The Wicker man. The duo then continued to release EP’s and singles and in 2015 it was time for their highly regarded debut album “Summer green and autumn brown”, released on the Mega dodo label. After that came the single “When I was walking” and the 10 inch “Fading within the dwindling sun” and in 2018 Mega Dodo released Us and Them's second album “On Shipless ocean”. 2022 became an active year for the duo. Late spring the new single Look’s like it’s clearing up arrived, to be followed by the next single Evening song in August. In September Us and Them released their third album …and I observed the blue sky” which was embraced by critics with a five out of five review in Shindig as one of the highlights. In 2023 Fruits de Mer released An Introduction to Us and Them. A collection with tracks released on the label. On the 5th of May the duo released a new EP, a companion to the 3rd album, which only contained their own songs, this EP have 4 covers.
