VODKAH is blazing a trail right now with releases on heavyweight d&b labels such as Jungle Cakes, Fokuz, Midnight Sun, Flight Pattern, Celsius, Soul Trader and his own Just Buzz Bass Recordings. He started out as a DJ back in 1992 and formed The Future Sub Junglists who played a landmark live gig supporting Rockers Hi Fi at the Dub Club, Saint City and released a compilation CD featuring a number of Vodkah's productions. In 2001 he formed his own label International Rescue Sounds with Earthbeat Records owner Swamijee and London based DJ Dr Khan. He went on to support the likes of Commix, Ed Rush, Jenna G, Blame, Dj Storm and Zinc as well as overseas gigs in the UK, Spain, Germany and Austria. Vodkah’s recent productions on his own Just Buzz Bass label (formed with Dr Khan in 2019) have been gaining attention across the globe with support from some of the scene’s major players. https://soundcloud.com/vodkah
