Shehara is Sri Lanka’s first female Metal Soloist. Her debut album ‘Fountain of Memory’ was released on the 28th of September 2019 and became Sri Lanka's first Metal Album by a female. Singer/ Extreme Metal Vocalist and Songwriter, Shehara entered the Sri Lankan music industry as a Soloist in 2011 and released her debut single 'Broken Wings'. Since then, Shehara has performed at Metal gigs, music festivals, award ceremonies and corporate events both in Colombo and Kandy. She has been featured on local radio, television, and newspapers and also on international online magazines and podcasts. In August 2020, Shehara released her first music video for Loved for Eternity, followed by the music video for Fidelity in January 2021; both of which can be found on Youtube.com/Shehara The band is currently working on the 2nd album.
