Riffin' Griffin is a rock band for kids from Minneapolis, MN. Founder Jesse Norell released a solo album in 2022 about his Daughter, who has Down syndrome and survived two heart surgeries before the age of three (Aorta Borealis). After receiving positive reviews and being featured on WCCO TV, FOX9 News, and Good Morning America, Jesse decided to focus on writing songs FOR kids rather than just ABOUT kids. Jesse is a guitar teacher and a lover of riff rock like Rage Against the Machine, and thus decided to write songs that inject punk rock energy into his children's music. The result is a bunch of wild, energetic, rambunctious songs that kids and families can enjoy together.
