Born in Spalding Clarendon, Floyd Porter stage name Dipmatik aka Diplomat use to attend Edwin Allen High School, Launched his music career 1992. Dipmatik recorded his first song on the Roof International Record Label titled "Saytan" . His career took off with his creative style and originality. He has released singles on various record labels such as: Stone Love, X Rated, Royal Pyramid, Yardaz Recordz, Just to name a few. Dipmatik first ventured to the U.S. in 1994 and made appearances in Miami, Orlando, New York, Chicago, Minnesota and several other locations throughout the U.S. He then took his career to a next level by performing at several concerts throughout Europe. This Artist's performance takes his fans by storm worldwide. The artist doesn't only perform but write his songs as well. His songs are carefully composed to capture the attention of all ages. Dipmatik's material covers a broad range of subjects with tracks such as: Trigger Finger, Duppy A Walk, Feel It, Powaz just to name a few.
