Barre is a Montreal based two-piece band created by Thomas Pison and Sylvain Martet. Thomas is the main voice and bassist player whereas Sylvain plays drums and is in charge of back vocals. The band was created in 2014 as a side-project from a now defunct act. Barre’s sound comes from the minimalism of its formula and the need to go to the more efficient form of musical expression.
