Founded in 2012, Litost is the work of John Rackowski, Joe Laramore and Matt Smith. 
 What initially began as an instrumental project has evolved into a hard rock & metal powerhouse trio featuring vocals that dive into deep subject matter that means something to all of us. 
 We write, record & engineer all of our music from each of our home studios in Wisconsin & Nevada.
