Maximus Cook, known by stage name Max Mansions, is a singer, songwriter, producer, and sound engineer from Baton Rouge, LA. He found his start in music at an early age, playing a variety of instruments in Jazz bands throughout grade school and playing bass at his local church. Mansions’ comes from a very musical family, with his mother, aunt, and grandfather playing in churches from a young age. In 2018, at 17 he started the musical collective Glasshouse Worldwide along with fellow producer Jack Xavier. In 2019 they released their first full length project titled ‘Altitude’ and in 2020 and 2021 released a string of singles that found some local success. Following this, the group disbanded due to musical differences and the start of college for many of the members. In 2022 he began working on his debut solo album entitled ‘Fester’, a dreamy and emotionally charged album with a variety of influences. With sounds of pop, r&b, hip-hop, electronica and even drum and bass, it’s hard to assign a genre to this groundbreaking record. This project is set to release in the summer of 2023.
