Biography

Mikko Hassinen is one of the leading musicians in Finnish jazz field. His album Elektro GT was awarded the 2014 Teosto award. In 2017-18, he was the artistic director of the Umo Jazz Orchestra. The Finnish Jazz Association awarded Hassinen the 2021 Yrjö Award.
